Throughout our application process, you will also have the opportunity to learn what a day in the life at our agency would look like.  ·      Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.  ·      Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.·      Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.  ·      Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. ·      Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day. ·      Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.   Compensation: $30,000-$50,000 Per Year Our compensation expectations show a range of our salary plus commission system. With our profitable and thriving market and business model, team development, and intentional hiring process, we are confident that you will be successful in achieving high-earning compensation amounts.    Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM located in Pigeon Forge, TN  Requirements: Having previous insurance experience is not required to apply for this position.
