"I used to have farm bureau. And I can say from experience State Farm is way better. I recently was hit by another driver that ran a red light and I was dreading the whole insurance process but to my surprise they handled everything. The very next day they had me in a rental car and let me know how long I would have it for. They set up a digital payment that could be made to my account. This is so different from farm Bureau because there claim lady Taylor sent me checks that I had to sign and mail in myself to the people that needed to be paid. State Farm had my truck towed to a facility they had and had one of their agents go look at my truck and handled the whole process for me. I really am grateful to Becky And her team they got my new truck registered with no hassle and I am really grateful to Stephanie my claims lady she answered all my questions to satisfaction and even when I called her multiple times she still had patience and answered all my questions. Thank you for making this process so smooth and effortless on my part. You guys do a great job thank you."
